Hi team, this is Rep. Pat Ryan. I have the tremendous honor of representing New York’s Hudson Valley in Congress. I attended West Point (located here in my district!), where I learned the values of duty, honor, and country.

Last year, we proved pundits and pollsters wrong by winning a competitive special election in August that few thought a Democrat could win. Then, we proved them wrong again by winning a toss-up race in November. We did it because we pulled no punches, met voters where they were, and spoke plainly about the issues that matter. We spoke about freedom.

But enough about me. Today is a big day for me and my friend and colleague, Mikie Sherrill: It’s the Army-Navy Football Game!

This is one of the most historic and competitive rivalries in the country — and as a proud West Point graduate, I’m rooting for Army to beat Navy.

But while Mikie and I might fall on opposite sides of this rivalry, we’re both committed to delivering results and meaningful progress for the veterans who served in the United States military.

We’ve fought for legislation to improve veterans' health care and increase benefits for veterans impacted by harmful burn pits.

We’re also both deeply committed to defending our democracy from MAGA extremists. Mikie and I swore an oath to defend our country from threats, foreign and domestic, and we’re doing just that in the United States Congress.

Mikie and I are fighting every single day to protect our freedoms in Congress, and today, I’m hoping you will chip in $10 to Mikie Sherrill and my campaign so we can keep up the hard work.
