The last item before I head into the legislative fundraising "freeze" - please make sure to continue supporting our efforts to establish conservative voting centers across the state.

Dear JOHN,

One of the advantages of servings as both Chairman of the Washington State Republican Party and an elected State Representative in Olympia, is having thorough experiences and analysis in every corner of our great state. Providing a clear understanding of the key issues facing Washingtonians - and the solutions needed to solve our shared challenges.

One disadvantage, in my capacity as legislator, I am prohibited from directly making any campaign fundraising asks during the legislative "freeze" period, which starts this Saturday.

I am legally able to fundraise for the State Party during this period, and while there are other chairs who are also elected officials across the country who do so, I will not be. We all know Democrats and sections of the media here in Washington State would love nothing more than to create a false scandal around their favorite conservative target, me.

You will still be hearing from me - our critical work at the WAGOP will still continue full steam ahead over the next couple months - there is plenty of information and action items that I will be updating you with as we move forward. Unfortunately, this will be the last opportunity I have for the next few months to ask you personally to fund our vital work.

Make an end of year contribution to the Republican Party
I know that might be a lot to ask during the holiday season, but we must take the fight directly to the Democrats starting in January and I know you expect us to do so.

You can already tell how scared the Democrats are by the six initiatives that are on pace to qualify for the 2024 legislative session.

Our GOP teams will be there at the beginning of session making sure voters know Democrats have these common-sense initiatives in hand, ready to pass into law. We will be there throughout the legislative session to remind voters that Democrats are refusing to pass these initiatives into law. And we will be there after the session ends to tell voters how Democrats failed to act - and that not only will we pass these initiatives at the ballot box in November, but we will replace the Democrat legislators who failed to act.

Along with efforts to support common-sense initiatives signed by citizens, the State Party will also have the task of mobilizing grassroots conservatives to register opinions on bills, contact legislators who are on the wrong side of common-sense legislation, and once-again making sure voters across the state know Democrats are the ones responsible for the failures of our state.

Republicans in Washington State need to win the early battles in January if we want to win the close races in November. We will do it as aggressively as possible.  And in doing so, we will start winning again come November 2024.
