It’s true, John: We’ve seen clear victories for fair maps across the country.

☑️ In Alabama, the Supreme Court ordered the state’s discriminatory congressional map to be redrawn and replaced with a map that fairly represents Black voters.

☑️ In Georgia and Louisiana, federal courts struck down manipulated maps for violating Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, meaning voters in these states could also see fair maps before the next election.

But our work is far from complete, John. There are still more districts across the country that could be redrawn before the next election – enough to swing control of the House of Representatives!
