An Axios article just gave a first look at the people Trump will fill his cabinet with if he wins in 2024. His loyalists promise a “three-week reign of terror,” spots in “the D.C. gulag,” even cracking down on political opponents with the military.

But here’s what we noticed in that list of MAGA loyalists: Trump’s potential cabinet is virtually identical to the people backing Kari Lake in her run for Senate. If Kari Lake wins, it’s all the more likely that Trump wins, too. She’ll work in lockstep with Trump to weaponize the federal government and shred our Constitution to bits.

But if we raise the resources we need, if we defeat Kari Lake and the MAGA-right in Arizona, it’s that much more likely that we’ll defeat Trump in Arizona, too.
