Luis Galindo will serve as a Member of the Illinois Workforce Innovation Board.* Galindo has worked in the logistics industry for over 20 years, gaining experience in Employee Relations, DEI, Training & Development, Workforce Planning, Employment Law, Performance Management, Recruitment, Retention and Organization Development. Galindo currently serves over 20,000 employees across Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas as the Human Resources Business Partner Director for UPS. He has also served in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. As a seasoned director, Galindo is passionate about the development of new talent and creating an inclusive culture. He is also involved in the mentoring of Business Resources Groups Executive Leaders. Galindo received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from DeVry University.
