CfA's March 13, 2020 Newsletter

Thank you for your continued support of CfA. During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are still working to hold the powerful accountable.

Here's an update on our latest work.

  • #FOIAFriday: For #FOIAFriday, CfA called attention to HHS's failure to respond to FOIA requests in a timely manner. With the COVID-19 pandemic threatening the country, transparency at HHS is necessary. (Click here to view on Twitter)

Russo do not understand or do not care about the patients being affected. (The Hill, 3.11.20)
  • Pay-to-play in Florida: Capitol Preferred Insurance Co. gave $12,500 to a Florida Senate GOP committee in November. It then asked for a political favor in the form of a favorable amendment. (Politico Florida, 3.9.20)
