The story of Hanukkah is a story of resilience, perseverance, and faith.

Friend,

Last night Jewish people around the world celebrated the first night of Hanukkah.

The story of Hanukkah is a story of resilience, perseverance, and faith. These are important principles in the lives of many Americans — regardless of their culture or religion.

And they are especially important now, during the current turmoil in Israel. As we approach the darkest part of the year, we cherish the light that leads us through our own struggles, be they personal or global in scale.

From all of us to all who celebrate the festival of lights: have a blessed, peaceful, and happy Hanukkah.
