As we near the end of 2023 – and the halfway point of the 118th Congress – I wanted to give you a quick update on some of our biggest wins. We passed the strongest border security bill in a generation. We approved legislation to “stop payment” on the $80 billion Pelosi-Schumer check to supercharge the IRS. We ended the Covid “emergency.” We provided Israel with the resources they need to defend themselves from Hamas’ brutal terrorist attacks – and we paid for it with spending cuts. That’s the (under-reported) good news. Here’s the bad news: Whether it’s soaring violent crime, pocketbook-breaking inflation, job-killing regulations, poisonous identity politics, or the unprecedented border crisis that has made every state in America a border state, too many American families are still being hurt by Joe Biden’s failed policies. Here’s the bottom line: Liberal Democrats are doubling down on their dangerous efforts to “fundamentally transform” America – and they aren’t even trying to hide it. They want to throw open America’s borders to Palestinians, flooding our nation with thousands more foreigners from one of the world’s most dangerous hotbeds of terrorism. They are openly expressing sympathy for Islamic terrorist groups – and the destruction of Israel “from the river to the sea.” They want you to cough up a whopping $14 trillion for so-called “reparations.” And they are determined to block any investigation into the Biden family’s deeply troubling Chinese business dealings. You and I know this is just the beginning. And it’s exactly why we can’t let our guard down, even for a moment. This year, we’ve revealed evidence of Biden Administration corruption, advanced critically important reforms, and held back the Far Left’s craziest ideas. But our majority is razor thin, and if we don’t stay on offense – we could very well lose it. That’s why your support now is more important than ever.
