<[link removed]> This past week, seventeen Governors, led by Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, sent a letter <[link removed]> to the Biden Administration demanding the federal government ban hostile nations like China from buying U.S. land. <[link removed]> As Missouri’s next Governor, I pledge to be the 18th signature on that letter and help Gov. Sanders lead this fight. Protect Missouri <[link removed]> I authored the legislation <[link removed]> to ban China, Iran, Russia, Venezuela, and North Korea from buying any land here in Missouri. And as Governor, I will make it the law. And while I’ve led the fight, my opponents have spoken with their voting records. As a Senator, Mike Kehoe voted twice to allow China to buy Missouri farm land, even voting to override Gov. Jay Nixon’s veto. And just a few months ago Senator Bill Eigel voted for HB 903 <[link removed]> , allowing China and our other enemies to buy Missouri farm land.
