John, unlike my opponents', my values aren't poll-tested.
It's why, if you dig decades back into my background, you'll find that I have consistently stood up for what I know is morally right.
I was the sole vote to oppose the war in Afghanistan in 2001. I've stood on more picket lines than all of my opponents combined – because when I say that I care about workers' rights, I mean it.
And I intend to hold these values firm in the Senate.
John, throughout my career I have consistently championed justice – even when the path seemed impossible. I'll gladly stand alone if it means never voting against my values – and that's exactly what you can expect from me.
But I can only get there with your support. My opponents are sitting on MILLIONS of dollars, and I need more grassroots support if I'm going to stay competitive. So I have to ask:
Will you rush a donation of $5 or more to my fight for progress? I'm ready to get to work in the Senate and build a progressive future for all, but I need your help getting there.
