This past Monday, hundreds of down-ballot candidates finished filing their petitions to run for office in 2024. These are candidates for County Board, Clerk of the Circuit Court, and State’s Attorney to name a few. We now know who will be a part of the 2024 Blue Wave in Illinois.
Fighting extremism starts at the local and county level. Many MAGA extremists were hoping that we weren’t paying attention and they could sneak their way into local offices. The IDCCA continues to fight back against these extremists to make sure that they never gain a foothold in Illinois. That’s why we need your help.
With the petition filing deadline just passing and our End of Year fundraising deadline coming up in just a couple of weeks, we need your investment now. We have a lot of plans for next year to support these candidates including robust digital and mail programs.
