Dear advocates,

Since October, your voice and support have made a difference. Your efforts to engage members of Congress, the persistent calls for a ceasefire, and the push to end unconditional aid to Israel are gaining attention and making an impact.

On December 7, thirteen Senate Democrats introduced a critical amendment, imposing conditions on U.S.military aid. The amendment requires recipients to fully comply with international humanitarian law, the law of armed conflict, and U.S. law, before a country is eligible to receive supplemental aid.

This critical amendment is a direct response to your advocacy and commitment to holding recipients of U.S. military assistance accountable. It will ensure that Israel cannot expect a blank check from the U.S. government. It underscores that our taxpayer dollars should not fund indiscriminate violence against Gaza and all Palestinians without accountability.

Contact your Senators today and urge them to support this amendment. Your voice is crucial to ensuring U.S. allies, including Israel, adhere to international law, uphold human rights, and prioritize the protection of all human life.

In solidarity,

Wa'el Alzayat, Emgage Action CEO
