As we approach the holiday season, we reflect on the incredible journey we've shared in 2023, and our hearts are full with gratitude for your unwavering support.

This year, our community has been defined by the spirit of gratitude, the positive communication with colleagues, and the awareness we've brought to Asian American issues.

In the face of uncertainty, we've held steadfast to our values, guided by a determination to navigate challenges and forge a path towards a brighter future.

Hope has been a beacon, shining brightly through the words of our education team, who find inspiration in innovating and growing something new for the Asian American community. The challenges faced in the all areas of Advancing Justice | AAJC’s work - in voting rights, immigration, anti-racial profiling and anti-Asian hate, and in technology and telecommunications - become opportunities for positive change, fostering a sense of hope for a better future.

Agency has empowered us, as shared by staff, who felt supported and encouraged to grow in numerous ways. The collective strength of our advocates and supporters has been a driving force behind our shared determination.

Our journey has been eventful, filled with impactful projects and in-person events.

Our research team has tirelessly faced challenges, worked nonstop, and made impactful strides. The focus on delivering quality research and contributing to crucial reports has set the stage for an even more impactful 2024.

In the midst of our collective efforts, we find gratitude for the opportunity to work alongside passionate advocates. The warmth and unity within our community have made this year truly special.

As we close this chapter and embrace the holiday spirit, we extend our heartfelt thanks to you, our dedicated supporters. Your commitment to our mission has been the driving force behind our growth and success.
