C-Track outage tonight; upgrade coming Monday





On *Monday,* *December 11,** 2023*, OAH will release a C-Track product upgrade that resolves errors and improves user experience.

C-Track will be unavailable* today,* *December 8, 2023, *starting at *5:00 p.m. until* *approximately 10:00 p.m. *

What's changing?

The following changes will take effect on *Monday, December 11*:

1. Updated service email template

The email that you receive when another party serves you will be worded differently. This change clarifies that another party, not OAH, is responsible for serving you.

Currently, the email states "This is a notice to inform you that you have been served with the following."

After the upgrade, the email will state "This notice informs you that [filer's name] selected you to receive service of the following document. If you believe you received service of this document in error, please notify [filer's name] immediately."

2. Only receive filing notifications for your own filings

Filers are receiving filing approval and submission notifications for *all* filings submitted on their cases, not just their own filings.

After the upgrade, you will only receive approval and submission notifications for your own filings.

3. Application errors on specific cases are resolved

Users have been unable to file on a handful of specific cases, receiving a persistent error message that "an unexplained error in the application has occurred."

After the upgrade, you will be able to submit filings on these cases.

4. eFiling alert will only display on draft filings

While you are working on a filing, C-Track displays a blue information box at the top of the page. Currently, the information is also displayed on submitted and approved filings, even though the information is not relevant.

After the upgrade, the information box will only display on draft filings.
