This week, America First Legal secured a victory in the District Court for the Northern District of Texas in our case against the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and its radical gender policies imposed on business owners of faith. We filed a brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in support of the State of Florida, supporting the state's efforts to protect children from lewd and obscene displays or shows at bars and restaurants. We also continued our crucial fight in a case pending at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, stemming from our lawsuit against fourteen federal agencies for concealing their “Strategic Plans” for implementing President Biden’s executive order directing the agencies to interfere in elections.
