As salaamu alaykum John,

Can you believe that federal authorities are placing members of the
American Muslim community on secret lists that prevent them from flying?
Sometimes, community members don't even know they're on the list
until they try to return home from visiting family or doing work
overseas.

Of course, this means that they are stranded - away from their
families, job, community and other responsibilities. We've seen
educators, researchers, doctors and others who contribute significantly
to society caught up in a cloud of unwarranted suspicion - just
because of their religious identity.

Thanks to generous donors, MLFA has been able to fund the legal work to
get community members off this unfair, unjust and unconstitutional
watchlist. Together, we've restored justice and reunited families.

On behalf of these families, I want to say "Thank you!"
