This festive season, Newstead Abbey is hosting a magical Narnia at Newstead. See the enchanting installations with a self-led walk through the historic house.
There will be craft stalls in the medieval cloisters at weekends, offering a range of gifts and treats. During your visit you can also indulge in afternoon tea or Christmas dinner.

Peak slots are selling fast but there is still limited availability for this weekend. Nottingham city residents can get 10% off selected time slots when booking online.
You can also save time on the day by booking your car parking in advance for just £5 per car.

It's going to be another busy weekend at Winter Wonderland!
Make sure you've booked your ice skating, observation wheel access and bar experiences in advance to avoid disappointment. Nottingham city residents can get 10% off super off-peak and off-peak skating.
Want to soak up the festive spirit at a more relaxed pace? Visit during off-peak hours and you’ll enjoy a reduced price on the ever-popular ice rink and Sky Skate ice path.

Discover over 30 artisan craft stalls, seasonal plants, live entertainment, refreshments and a magical illuminated trail through the Tropical House. For an additional cost you can also take part in a wreath making workshop, or take your little ones to hear stories with Father Christmas!

Christmas Through The Ages

Step back in time at Nottingham Castle to explore how residents celebrated the festive season, spanning over 400 years.
The ghosts of 'Christmas Present' and 'Christmas Past' will be your guide as you immerse yourself in the sights and smells of the Victorian era, learn about the origin of yule logs and make a Christmas wish, while stirring the medieval figgy pudding - it’s tradition!
Tickets are £10 per person and must be booked in addition to the Nottingham Castle standard admission.

Jeff Wayne's musical version of The War of The Worlds is back with a monumental new arena tour, arriving just in time to celebrate 130 years since the publication of HG Wells’ dark Victorian tale.
Conducted by Jeff Wayne and featuring Liam Neeson in 3D holography as The Journalist, who recounts his story of survival from the Martian invasion of 1898, the tour will again feature an exciting new cast to be announced over the coming months.
