John, December 13th marks the 100th anniversary of the introduction of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) in Congress. Yet, despite the ERA having been ratified and despite overwhelming public support, the ERA has not yet been enshrined into the U.S. Constitution.
Join the ERA Coalition and partner organizations on December 13th for a commemorative march from the White House to Congress. We demand that Congress act to recognize that the ERA has been ratified and order its inclusion in the Constitution as the 28th Amendment. We are fighting for a future where equal rights and opportunities shall not be denied on the account of sex.
It's been 100 years. Not one more. #ERANow.
