Gaza to protect civilian lives. Our neighbors have been calling his office
for months. 80 local Democrats, including elected leaders and precinct
captains, signed a letter asking for him to call for a ceasefire.
This morning, Politico shared a statement from our opponent's campaign:
Israel must "do everything possible to minimize civilian harm"? I agree,
but my opponent won't even live up to his own words to call for a
ceasefire.
As a Congressman, my pledge is to continue my life's work and advocacy,
not to release weak statements and empty promises like my opponent. Our
