I'm so excited to share with you that I have earned the Philadelphia BuildingTrades endorsement for Auditor General!
I pledged on day one of this campaign to create a worker liaison to engage directly with organized labor.
Today I am taking it a step further to also pledge to create a new bureau of ‘Labor and Worker Protections’ which will be tasked with conducting annual compliance, performance, and special audits to crack down on union busting, bolster worker safety, and wage security.
Working families are the backbone of our commonwealth and it's time we have the underdog be a watchdog for Pennsylvania’s working families.
We need an Auditor that is willing to ask the tough questions, to help reimagine and streamline government, and to help build the coalitions to fix what’s wrong.
I am committed to being that Auditor General and ask for you to join this movement for a government that works for US.
