Friend, I learned everything I needed to know about public service from my father.

Growing up, I watched him skillfully balance being both a union ironworker and a member of the New Mexico Legislature. Every single day, my father fought for the things he knew were right and brought attention to the things he knew were wrong – and through it all, he was an unwavering voice for the voiceless. 

He is a large part of why I decided to run for office – and today, I'm continuing his fight for the voiceless, for the working class and for New Mexicans through my work in the Senate.

Friend, I'm proud of the work I've done and what I'll continue to do for as long as I possibly can, but I need your help. 

Democrats are up against the full force of the Republican Party in 2024, and whether or not we can defend the Senate is all going to come down to how much we invest in this fight right now.
