John,

The House is in session. No, really.

We know it might not seem like it, John. After all, the past 11 months of a Republican majority have been a jarring wrench in the gears, especially after the historically productive preceding two years of Congressional accomplishments under Democratic leadership.

But trust us. Or check for yourself on C-SPAN. The House IS in session, even though it’s not doing much of anything.

Under Republican leadership, there has been no bipartisan infrastructure bill, no CHIPS & Science Act, no landmark legislation to make prescription drugs more affordable for seniors. Democrats led the way on those achievements.

What there has been under a Republican majority: a lot of petty squabbling among extremists within the majority party, who cannot seem to get their act together long enough to actually govern.

Democrats have a comprehensive plan to take back control of the House, and it requires re-electing Democrats in close districts as we make gains elsewhere.

John, Sanford Bishop needs your support to be re-elected and help take control of the House back from the extremists. Will you make a contribution now? [[link removed]]
