It symbolizes our enduring struggle for survival, resistance against assimilation, and the unyielding fight to live freely in our ancestral homeland.
Let us not only wish for a Happy Hanukkah, but let us also stand firm against the darkness of antisemitism that exists in our world. Let us rise up together in unity and champion the inherent right of Jewish people to live securely and freely in our ancestral land of Israel, while we also protect the civil rights of Jews throughout the Diaspora. Let us embrace the true meaning of Hanukkah that will inspire us to fiercely defend our existence when threatened.
