A judge in Colorado has officially ruled that Donald Trump incited and participated in an insurrection, but, in a move that challenges the principles of justice and is contrary to the expressed beliefs of constitutional scholars on all side of the ideological spectrum, she still allowed Trump on the ballot declaring a technicality in the wording of the 14th Amendment.
When it comes to interpreting the law, the courts are supposed to look at the intent of the Congress that passed the law for guidance. There is zero chance that Congress intended for the presidency to NOT be included. Zero. This judge is creating a loophole out of thin air.
The fight for accountability and the protection of our Constitution is far from over.

Now, this week Sean Hannity on Fox News asked Trump point blank: “You’re not going to be a dictator, are you?” Trump responded: “No, no, no, other than day one. We’re closing the border and we’re drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I’m not a dictator.”
After that??
