Skagit County and the Skagit County HOME Consortium released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for HOME Housing Development funds in September. As a reminder, to be given first priority consideration for the award of HOME funds under this NOFA projects must submit all required applications materials no later than 4pm on December 13, 2023. Please note that Skagit County Public Health has relocated and application materials should be submitted to our new office at 301 Valley Mall Way, Suite 110, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.
