Reports of envelopes containing white powder sent to election offices in multiple states have raised alarms, signifying a blatant attempt to sow fear and chaos. At the same time, former President Donald Trump's escalating rhetoric adds fuel to the fire.

We need to stand strong against these attacks on our democratic values.
