----------I’m going to cut right to it. _[We need help in the way of financial support. ]([link removed])_

If you’ve been a long time reader of our newsletter or follower of our work, you know I do not often ask for help. Please don’t misunderstand, we always need support and, thank God, we always seem to have enough. However, the stakes are now higher than they’ve ever been and it’s requiring that we ratchet up - fast. Here’s what’s happening:

**The Exciting News ** - We have lots of great work rolling out: the launch of our new website, with more trainings, resources, data, and direction; two new initiatives for volunteers focusing on voter outreach and registration; a critical national project related to voter roll accuracy and actionable steps to produce accountability in your local elections; the relaunch of our Latino counterpart ‘Voto Honesto’; a collaborative effort with [Intercessors for America]([link removed]) to ensure everything we do is first and always covered in prayer; and continued front line support for citizens, legislators, and law enforcement. We have the materials, the tech, and the team, to execute on very exciting, worthwhile, impactful efforts that move the needle towards liberty.

**The Not So Exciting News **- We are also embroiled in several lawsuits which have potential to reach the US Supreme Court. Though aimed at True the Vote, these suits will impact every American. These are must win battles because of what they represent - the freedom to speak, to petition, to assemble. Either we preserve the right to engage in election integrity or ... the alternative is bleak.

The Stacey Abrams/Marc Elias/Fair Fight lawsuit against us has already racked up over $1 million in legal fees. It’s political lawfare intended to divide our time and drain our resources. We must defend our case(s), but if we cannot raise more funding, we will not survive. It’s that simple.

So, I have to ask, and I’ll be asking repeatedly in the coming days, _[please help us if you can.]([link removed])_

**We Are Here For Such a Time** - For over a decade we have been the tip of the spear for election integrity. Sometimes publicly _(like the movie ‘2000 Mules’)_ often behind the scenes (_like providing research to law enforcement or defending citizen litigants who could not otherwise afford a defense)_ our work has resulted in improved election processes at local, state, and national levels.

_[When you support True the Vote, you are backing a battle-proven team of warriors.]([link removed])_ We take on fights others will not. We do not retreat, we do not surrender.

This email is being sent out to over 250,000 people. Usually about 35% of recipients will open the email. If you are reading this, you’re among that 35%. _[Will you please consider contributing $20 or more to support our work?]([link removed])_ I know not everyone can or will, but that kind of giving number would end our current crisis.

I don’t have to tell you we are fighting for the life of our country, you already know that. What I can tell you is that, here in the trenches, it is an every day, all out war. _[Please help us if you can.]([link removed])__ _

Ever onward -
