** Thursday, December 14

------------------------------------------------------------

Are you looking for a therapist, but don’t know where to start?

Finding the Best Mental Health Support for You is a one-hour workshop that addresses the interest in finding a therapist and how finding the right one can often feel daunting.

The intention of this workshop is to demystify the big questions about mental health care, including the different mental health provider options, the cost of counseling, how insurance can work to ease such costs and what mental health options there are for those who might not be insured.

This workshop is designed to give those in the entertainment industry an understanding of what types of mental health resources are out there, how to determine which ones might be a good fit and how to access them.
