REMEMBERING PEARL
HARBOR
Thanks to Constitution Party of Louisiana supporter, Jim Harvey,
Intelligence Specialist, Chief Petty Officer USN, Retired, for
reminding us of this special day.
The Constitution Party National Committee wishes to thank all the
families of the men and women who sacrificed their lives and all who
have served in the United States Military protecting our great
Nation.
As we remember and honor the 2,403 Americans who were killed
in the Japanese surprise attack
on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii on December 7, 1941, which led to
the United States declaring war on Japan the next day and
thus entering World War II, we remind you to
fly the American flag at half-staff until
sunset.
NOTE: Pearl Harbor Day is
not a federal holiday – government offices, schools, and businesses do
not close.
