TOSS UP. Dems could win it SOON.

Turn on images to see the CNN headline.

With Republican George Santos expelled from the House, Democrats have a big opportunity to pick up New York’s 3rd Congressional District. If they do, Dems only need to win 4 more seats in 2024 to flip the House.

CNN reports the special election "is expected to be fiercely contested and expensive."

ActBlue has set up a NY-03 Special Election Nominee Fund to go to the Democratic nominee immediately after they are chosen. This is needed because the special election will be so short -- it's expected to be in February.

Will you split a contribution between the NY-03 Special Election Nominee Fund and our work to help pro-democracy candidates flip swing districts and take back the House majority in 2024?

This district is very winnable. President Biden won it in 2020 by 8 points. Cook Political Report and Sabato’s Crystal Ball rate it as a toss-up. And it was represented by a Democrat for 10 years until Santos’ surprise win.

Doable doesn’t mean easy. It will be a huge fight. You can help today:
