As we look back on 2023, there has
been remarkable progress made in the fight against Alzheimer's
disease. We have entered a historic era of Alzheimer's treatment.
There are now Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved treatments for
people living with early-stages of the disease.

These breakthroughs bring hope for some, but they won't help everyone.
Without access, an additional 2,000 people a day progress past the
point of eligibility for these treatments. That's why we cannot rest.
That's why we must fight until everyone living with dementia of any
kind - at any stage - can get the treatment and care and
