John- did you see the news from Washington yesterday?
Speaker Mike Johnson just drew a line in the sand and said Congress won't vote on Biden's Ukraine funding bill until Democrats approve "transformative" border security changes at our own southern border.
I absolutely agree.
Why should Congress allow Biden to send billions in taxpayer dollars to Ukraine while he completely abandons his constitutional duty to keep his own country safe and allowed our border to be completely overrun?

You and I have both seen the stats. The number of illegal immigrants entering our country has broken records. Hundreds of those apprehended are on terrorist watch lists, and that's just who we know about. Fentanyl smugglers and human traffickers cross over everyday.
Our border patrol desperately needs more resources. They need more personnel, more equipment, and more technology. They need us to fix our weak immigration laws. They need us to FINISH THE WALL.
This isn't hard. Our leaders have to start putting America First. Securing our own border must be our top priority. If President Biden and the Democrats refuse to do it, then Republicans need to fight.
This is the kind of bold leadership I plan to fight for in Washington. If we don't have a secure border, we don't have a country.
This crisis is solvable...we just need to elect leaders who have what it takes to solve it and won't back down.
