As we continue to build upon our successes and look forward to new opportunities, I am excited to share with you the latest developments and future plans for the Hawaii Republican Party.

Completion of the GROW Program's First Level

Our successful completion of the first level of the GROW program is a testament to our dedication to growing and strengthening our party. This achievement is a crucial step towards greater successes in our political endeavors. Weekly Candidate Training Sessions

Our ongoing weekly training sessions for candidates are essential for preparing our leaders for the upcoming elections. These sessions are a cornerstone of our strategy to ensure that our candidates are well-equipped and ready to represent our values and policies effectively. Support for New Candidacies

We are delighted to of the recent announcements and support Junior Tupa'i for Mayor on the Big Island and Samantha Decorte for a House seat on Oahu. Their candidacies are vital for our party's growth, and we encourage everyone to extend their full support to these promising candidates. We look forward to sharing many new candidate announcements and building to changing for new beginnings.

Upcoming Events: Maui County Christmas Party and HRP Christmas Fundraiser

I look forward to joining and speaking at Maui County Christmas Party on December 11 and attending our Christmas fundraiser at the HRP Headquarters on Oahu Dec 16th (Santa will be there too). These events are also fantastic opportunities for fellowship and support for our party's initiatives.

We are excited to share are final list of Presidential candidates such as Donald J. Trump, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, Ryan L. Binkley, Doug Burgum, David Stuckenberg, and Chris Christie. Visit our website to see how you can get involved with the Caucuses. New Membership Program

We are excited to announce that we will be introducing a new membership program. This initiative is designed to deepen our members' involvement and support for the party. We encourage all members to participate and contribute, as your support is the backbone of our efforts and success.

Myself and our team appreciate all of the support and commitment to the Hawaii Republican Party. You all are deeply appreciated. Together, let's continue to work towards our goals, uphold the values we cherish, and make a meaningful impact in our community and state.

Planning the Next State Convention on Oahu

We are in the preliminary stages of planning our next state convention, which will be held on Oahu. We are looking to make this a two-day event that will focus on Platforms, Rules, and the election of the National Committeeman and Committee woman. It promises to be a pivotal gathering for our party, shaping our direction and leadership for the years to come. It will be a fun and productive event.

Financial Review and Audit Team Recruitment

In our commitment to transparency and accountability, we are looking to assemble a team of three members to complete the required financial review. Additionally, we are seeking a proficient accounting team to perform an audit of our finances. These steps are crucial for maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of our party.

As always, I am profoundly grateful for your continued support and dedication to the Hawaii Republican Party. Your involvement is the key to our success, and I look forward to working together as we strive to make a positive impact in our community and state.

In closing

I have enjoyed meeting many new people and receiving the invitations to meet and speak to those who want the party to succeed and grow. There is a lot more work to be done, and it can only be done if we work together.

Aloha Hawaii Republicans,
Eight Republican Presidential candidates are looking for leadership in Hawaii. Should they be looking at you?

The campaigns will be naming delegates to the Republican National Convention. Would you like to be one of the delegates?
The Trump campaign and the DeSantis campaign have selected their Hawaii Leadership Committees as provided under Hawaii Republican Party Rule 215-A.
If you would like to be part of the Hawaii Leadership Committee for one the remaining six candidates, please email Hawaii Republican Presidential Caucus Chair Andrew Walden at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) .

The outcome of the Hawaii Republican Presidential Caucus, Tuesday March 12, 2024, 6pm to 8pm, will directly determine proportional delegate allocation among the competing candidates. Hawaii’s 19 delegates and 16 alternates will be representing your caucus vote at the Republican National Convention July 15-18, 2024, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
December 1, 2023 was the deadline for Presidential candidates to register for the Hawai’i Republican Presidential Caucus. The eight candidates on the Hawai’i ballot are:

* Ron DeSantis
* Nikki Haley
* Vivek Ramaswamy
* Ryan L Binkley
* Doug Burgum
* Chris Christie
* David Stuckenberg

The six other candidates are in the process of selecting their Hawaii Leadership Committee. Each campaign’s Hawaii Leadership Committee will be responsible for selecting any delegates to the Republican Presidential Convention apportioned as a result of the March 12 vote. The Hawaii Republican Presidential caucus is proportional, meaning several candidates could be awarded delegates, depending on the vote totals.
