One of the biggest issues with firearms today is the shameless ways anti-safety advocates choose to talk about them.

Gun companies have no issue parading deadly weapons around like toys or accessories, especially military-style weapons, which are regularly being sold to everyday people.

This is scary, John. Our country is facing a gun violence epidemic, and gun companies tirelessly continue to put profit over safety, over education, over the lives of our children.

And while these ads continue to blanket our community, Michigan's own John James has done nothing to address these issues. Unsurprising since the same gun groups who pay for these ads are lining John's pockets.

John has received over $260,000 in campaign contributions and more than $358,000 in outside spending from the gun industry over the course of his political career.
