TDI proposes new and amended rules for licensing of military service members, veterans, and military spouses

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) proposes a new rule to be added in Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Chapter 1, Subchapter G [ [link removed] ]. The proposed new rule would provide alternative procedures and requirements for licensing of military service members, military veterans, and military spouses.

TDI also proposes to amend or repeal existing licensing rules that conflict with or are made redundant by the new rule.
