With the support of our community, we are building a strong grassroots campaign that is on a path to victory. We are truly powered by the people and it’s showing in big ways. Together, I know that we can keep our momentum going and take back the House in 2024.
You clearly know how essential it is that Democrats regain control of our government. In the hands of the GOP and Donald Trump, Speaker Mike Johnson, and their crony Jim Jordan fundamental rights are at stake.
Johnson in particular has made it no secret that he supports a national abortion ban, an overhaul of Social Security and Medicare, and does not respect our democratic institutions. Our country is not safe while in his hands.
That’s why I need to keep my seat and help fellow Democrats across the country win their competitive races. Together, we must protect our democracy and fundamental freedoms.
I won’t sugarcoat it: the road to victory in 2024 will not be easy. The GOP knows that we are serious about getting things done and is taking all measures possible to keep us from taking back the House.
But, they don’t know you like I do. They don’t know the fierce supporters I have in my corner or the depth of the fight I have in me. They’re underestimating us but soon they’ll learn that was a mistake.
