Opportunity Youth Forum Engages Intergenerational Leaders

Each year, the Aspen Forum for Community Solutions hosts the Opportunity Youth Forum convening to build and scale solutions to uplift opportunity youth – young adults aged 16 to 24 who are engaged in neither work nor education. White House Tribal Youth Forum Gathers Native Changemakers 

The White House and Nike N7, alongside the Center for Native American Youth at the Aspen Institute, gathered high-level administration officials, special guests from Nike N7, and Native youth to discuss a variety of topics and the intersections of mental health for Native youth. 2023 Aspen Cyber Summit Tackles Innovation, Security, and More

Earlier this month, experts from business, state and federal government, and civil society took the stage for the 2023 Aspen Cyber Summit. Organized by Aspen Digital, the Summit spurs dialogue and momentum to act on the emerging technology and cybersecurity challenges of today and tomorrow including generative AI, elections, disinformation, and outer space. This year’s longlist features 14 works of fiction from a dynamic group of authors, including four debut voices. Each sheds light on an important contemporary issue. Read more about the writers and their work

Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence Announces 150 Institutions Eligible for 2025

The College Excellence Program’s Aspen Prize, dubbed the "Oscars for great community colleges" by President Obama, honors colleges with outstanding achievement in a number of critical areas, from degree completion to equity for students of color and students from low-income backgrounds. This year’s eligibility announcement has garnered widespread local news coverage spanning west Texas, Indiana, central California, and beyond, showcasing the potential of America's community colleges as drivers of prosperity and social mobility.
