Hey team, it's time for an update.

After Cory's debate performance last week, we need to keep up our grassroots momentum. Some of the folks he shared the debate stage with -- Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, for example -- reported huge fundraising numbers last quarter. Joe Biden's campaign announced that he raised $21.5 million from April to the end of June. That's a staggering amount of money.

But here's why I'm proud of this grassroots team -- because we didn't accept any donations from corporate PACs, federal lobbyists, and fossil fuel or pharma execs.

Our campaign is rejecting these types of donations outright -- and it's the right thing to do. Instead, we're relying on $3, $5, and $20 contributions from supporters like you to amplify Cory's message.

Team, now isn't the time to get comfortable and coast -- it's time to pick up the pace.

We've set a fundraising goal of $100,000 -- and we need to hit it in the next week.

Can you donate today to help us make it happen? We're going to need all hands on deck to hit an ambitious goal like this one.

I know it sounds like a big goal but we can get it done. One thing I've learned on this campaign is when push comes to shove, this community steps up.

So please, chip in whatever you can right now and make sure we reach our $100,000 goal by next Wednesday.

We'll be sure to update you on our progress throughout the week. It's a big goal -- but we can hit it.
