The path to recovery wasn’t an easy road. I spent months wondering how my life could ever be the same.
But that’s just the thing, Friend. Things would never be the same — God gave me a new life, and I was going to use every breath to serve him.
From the nurses in the burn unit to the surgeons who performed over 30 surgeries to keep me alive, I knew that if I made it through… my life wouldn’t be like it was before.
God was right there with me on the battlefield that day, as a fellow soldier came to my aid.
He was right there with me during my recovery, where I met my wife Amy in the burn unit.
I wasn’t alone then just as YOU are not alone today, Friend.
I hope that this message gives you hope when looking at the problems our country faces today.
Friend, I have a tremendous amount of hope for America’s future.
As I sat in that burn unit it became clear: I didn’t know how, but I knew somewhere, someway I would continue my service to this country.
Now is finally that time.
After much thought and prayer, I took the biggest leap of faith in my life, and decided to run for the U.S Senate in Nevada.
I hope you'll join me in standing up to fight for the America we know and love, so that she will not be destroyed forever.
Friend, I’m reaching out because I need strong believers in our country who have hope for America’s future to have my back! Can I count on you?
Duty First,
CPT Sam Brown, USA, Ret.
