Tell Congress: No More Military Funding And Weapons For Israel, And We Still Demand A Ceasefire

Dear Email,

We are eight weeks into Israel’s assault on the people of Gaza. In these eight weeks, Israel has killed more than 16,000 Palestinians, 70 percent of whom are women and children, and has displaced 1.8 million people in Gaza, or nearly 80 percent of the population. Despite Israel’s blatant crimes against humanity and violations of international law—including through the intentional acts of collective punishment and deliberate targeting of civilians, this week, our government is preparing to send more than $14 billion in weapons to Israel. The Senate is expected to vote on a new supplemental package in the coming days. Meanwhile, Congress still hasn’t even funded the government through FY 2024!

TAKE ACTION: DEMAND Your Senators and Your Representative Vote AGAINST Sending More Weapons to Israel

The atrocities being committed in Gaza are indefensible. Our moral obligation as Americans is to be consistent in our advocacy against military funding to Israel, and our call for a permanent ceasefire must remain deafeningly loud.

Email and call your Members of Congress using our action tool and urge your friends and family to do the same. Since October 7th, we have made 80% of the calls and emails going to Congressional offices. The last two weeks have seen a decline; we cannot let this happen. We must be taking action daily until justice is served. Gaza deserves our endurance.

Thank you for taking action for Palestine.

Sincerely,

Ayah Ziyadeh
