Examining the Employee Benefits Offered by Entrepreneurs of Color
In a brand-new report, Prosperity Now’s Director of Applied Research Annette Jacoby showcases some of the latest data in the entrepreneurial space. Based on the findings, Black and Hispanic business owners exhibited more favorable and employee-focused benefits than their White counterparts in the same space. This data provides a sneak peek at what types of gaps exist as we strive to create an economy that has good jobs [[link removed]] that center the benefits and overall well-being of employees. One of the future points of examination would be comprehensiveness and efficacy of these benefits for these business owners.
