The long-term work of changing Texas takes many layers of programs. To support charitable programs focused on public education and voter registration, we have a dedicated 501(c)(3) organization, Ground Game Fund, that allows donors to receive a tax deduction.

This December, charitable contributions to Ground Game Fund will be matched dollar for dollar, up to a total match of $10,000!

In 2023, Ground Game’s charitable programs led to great outcomes including:

• Registering hundreds of voters in Bell County, one of the regions in Texas that national groups identify as a “high opportunity” area for political change;
• Producing public reports including a Lubbock study that illustrated racial disparities in local marijuana enforcement and generated media attention for a successful petition campaign; 
• Filing lawsuits against Texas cities that refused to respect voter ballot measures, including a successful 1st Amendment lawsuit against the City of Edinburg!
