After becoming incarcerated in his senior year of high school, Emerson felt lost. He knew he’d made mistakes but he wasn’t ready to give up on himself, even if he felt others had. With Fulfillment Fund’s resolute support, he carved a path forward for himself, his family, and his son.
“I hope that sharing my story will inspire you to continue supporting Fulfillment Fund and first-generation students like myself, and more importantly, to tell others how they are truly helping to make a difference,” Emerson writes. (Click here to continue reading Emerson's story.)
Please consider donating to Fulfillment Fund this month to help more students reimagine their stories and achieve their dreams. Your generosity can change the lives of thousands of youths in our community.
