Hey team, we just put together our final survey of the year, and I’m hoping you’ll take a minute to add your thoughts — more below as to why your input is needed.
At the end of every year, Groundwork Project gets together for an in-person retreat (our team works remotely across the country), and that is happening right now!
While it’s great to catch up with everyone, it’s also a really crucial time for us, because during the retreat we focus on setting goals for the future.
Whether it’s expanding our grantee program or adding additional target states to our roster, every goal we set brings us one step closer to fulfilling our mission: Support community organizers working year-round in places traditionally under-resourced, excluded, and ignored.
With that in mind, we want to hear from you what you think we should focus on in the election year. Hearing your top priorities will help us finalize our strategy for 2024, so I hope you’ll share your thoughts in our quick survey:
Thank you!
Joe
