Even in a county many perceive as affluent, a full *22%* of Westchester youth are living in poverty.

That’s why I fought hard to deliver $1.6 million to the Youth Shelter Program of Westchester. Now I need your support to keep fighting for our kids in Congress.👇🏿

The $1.6 million I secured is funding the YouthHEAL Initiative, a pilot mental health and educational support program for at-risk youth in my district.

Way too often, at-risk kids don’t get the support they need until after they get caught up in our justice system.

We can’t keep failing our kids like this. But without bold investments in programs that disrupt these cycles, that’s exactly what’s gonna keep happening.
