The candidate filing deadline here in Kentucky is one month from today, John, and while we don’t yet know who my opponent with be, there are a few things we can safely assume of anybody the GOP chooses to back:

They’ll be extreme. Whoever the GOP nominates will be anti-choice, anti-democracy, and a rubber stamp for Mike Johnson’s dangerous agenda.

They’ll defend Trump. Loyalty to the twice-impeached former president is the price of admission for House Republicans.

They won’t put Kentucky families first. You can bet that any GOP candidate will put party politics ahead of fighting to lower costs for working families.

While the GOP candidates jockey for their party’s nomination, I’ll still be hard at work fighting for Kentucky on the House floor, John. Can I count on you to have my back by making a grassroots donation to my re-election campaign to keep KY-03 blue?
