My friends, we have been through a lot together. We endured the Presidency of Donald Trump, the pandemic, insane school board elections and the targeting of our homes, communities, events, and election workers. This is without a doubt the single most important election of our lifetimes, and it will define the character of our Nation.
This election cycle presents us with a rare opportunity. We are not facing an incumbent. As you may know, I have run for this seat before against Ken Buck, so I will have the best name recognition of any candidate in the race.
For four years, I have marched in parades, formed relationships with both Republicans and Democrats, and I have shown up at ranches and farms, cattlemen’s events, county commissioner meetings and veterans’ organizations all over the district.
Let me tell you something: There is hope! We can win this election if we choose the best candidate for the general election. If we come together and do that, we can win.
I am running to win so that we can address important issues like the environmental crisis, federally protect a women’s right to choose, and ensure that our posterity is left with a flourishing representative democracy.
