Join us for a free Seasons of Leadership Workshop this month or another workshop as part of the Winter Workshop Series.
Hello ,
As we wind down to the end of the year, we are both reflecting on what we want to let go of and harvest from this year while also starting to look at what lies ahead. In that vision want to make an invitation to come to our next workshop on December 19th from 6:30-8pm EST.
At Ayni we know that so many social change leaders and organizations are going through moments of transition especially towards the end of the year. Sometimes leaders people want to show up in difficult moments, but feel like they simply can't. Some people call this burnout, others might say people have just lost hope, but we believe that understanding cycles and the nature of cyclicality is key to building a form of leadership that can whether these storms.
Because we are headed into winter in the United States, just as we did last year, we want offer a workshop on Seasonality to better understand the ebbs and flows of our cycles and the wisdom and gifts that each season bring.
In the workshop, we will address the following questions:
What do seasons look like in my leadership? What should I be doing and how can I get support?
How can we integrate seasonality into our work and lives? What are some next steps I can take?
What should we do if I’m in one season and my organization is in another?
If you have felt frustration, or feel that you or your organization is in a moment of transition or tough period, we invite you to come together with other social change leaders and community to learn about the wisdom of cyclicality and build a new form of leadership that can be regenerative.
In reciprocity,
The Ayni Team
P.S. - The Seasons of Leadership Workshop is the first in a series of free workshops we will be offering throughout the Winter. We are also offering an introduction to our classic training Movement Ecology for those who are new to the framework and want to understand the Five Foundational Theories of Change, as well as a completely new workshop on a revolutionary framework to understand political economy that can take our historical analysis to the next level.
