Tomorrow, the Colorado Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in our case seeking to enforce Donald Trump’s disqualification from the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

After our five-day trial, the district court in Colorado found that the violent attack on the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021 was an insurrection against the Constitution with the goal of obstructing the peaceful transfer of presidential power.

The district court also found that former President Donald Trump engaged in that insurrection – that Trump intentionally incited a mob to violence in a desperate attempt to hold on to power.

In fact, the judge ruled in favor of our case on every issue necessary to disqualify Trump from the ballot, except for one: She stopped short of *actually* removing him for the ballot.

So now, we’re appealing that finding to ensure that Trump is removed from the ballot.
