I need your immediate help!

Statists in D.C. have quietly added FISA Section 702 to the "must
pass" National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in conference
committee, according to multiple reports.

As you may know, Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act has been unlawfully abused by the FBI and other
agencies to spy on Americans without a warrant time after time
and year after year.

Two years ago, Republicans sounded the alarm about the gross
abuses of Section 702, claiming they would end the
unconstitutional spying on Americans if they won back the
majority in the House.

But now, they are poised to go back on their word, unless you and
I stop them.

There are many representatives from both sides of the aisle who
are demanding an end to FISA abuses, so establishment hacks are
fighting back to try to FORCE renewal through!

But with enough pushback, we CAN get it removed before the
conference committee finalizes the bill.

You and I have a choice:

We can sit back and let the Surveillance State have its way and
let Congress pass an extension of Section 702 with no reforms . .
. OR we can put up a serious battle and DEMAND the Constitution
be followed and Section 702 be sent to the scrap heap.

Think about it: Just after an incredible, historic revolt in the
House in which conservatives removed Kevin McCarthy from power,
people expected the new Speaker, Mike Johnson, to oppose the
extension of Section 702, as he has in the past.

Before becoming Speaker, Mike Johnson urged a stand-alone
up-or-down vote on extending Section 702, and he said he would
vote "no."

But now, Speaker Johnson appears to be in favor of including 702
with no reforms in the NDAA. The defense funding bill has nothing
to do with domestic spying, but doing so would assure its
passage.

This is yet another betrayal by Speaker Mike Johnson, and they
are piling up quickly.

It is urgent you call your representative AND senators and DEMAND
they pull 702 renewal OUT of the NDAA!

Call your representative and senators now at (202) 224-3121.

Simply tell whoever answers that you expect the representative or
senator to VOTE NO on any bill to renew Section 702 of FISA,
which has been abused for far too long. Tell them you expect the
U.S. Constitution to be followed!

This is extremely time sensitive. Be sure you call both of your
U.S. Senators and Representative RIGHT AWAY.

It is CRITICAL we stop this unconstitutional surveillance scheme
and hold Speaker Mike Johnson to his word on this.

We're going to be ramping up our efforts, and we'll need your
support to bring resources to bear on Congress in both chambers.
